The key features of the Pillars are:
Pillar Type - What type of pillar are you setting
Pillar Name - This is up to you to name. Make it memorable and related to the pillar.
Pillar description - Here you can really work your magic and expand on the pillar.
Dates - Empiraa is born from accountability and empowerment, having dates creates time lines to achieve.
